Everything you need to know before you arrive.

How do I purchase tickets?
You can purchase tickets in advance on the registration page or buy tickets at the door. Early bird discounted pricing is available through a limited date — please note that prices will rise after the early bird special ends.

You can also purchase tickets for one-on-one healing sessions at the event.
What does my ticket price include?
General Admission includes access to browse vendor booths, speak with practitioners, attend all speaker events, and one ticket to attend a group healing experience.

The Ultimate Healing Package includes everything in General Admission, plus three tickets to use for one-on-one healing sessions with practitioners of your choice.
Where do I check in when I arrive?
There will be a registration table right outside the front door. If you pre-purchased your admission ticket, you will sign in and receive your ticket(s) to attend sessions. If you did not purchase a ticket in advance, you may do so at the door. Additional tickets are available for same-day purchase if you would like to add one-on-one healing sessions.
What is the flow of the event?
  • Check-in opens at 1:30 PM on Saturday, October 24, 2026
  • The Opening Ceremony begins at 2:00 PM
  • Practitioner and vendor booths accessible throughout the afternoon
  • Group sessions and speakers offered every 30 minutes starting at 2:30 PM
  • The Closing Ceremony (Cacao) begins at 5:00 PM and ends at 5:30 PM
Do I need to stay for the entire event?
To get the most out of the day, we hope you'll choose to stay for the entire event — but it's not required. This event is intended to be a sacred container for healing, so we'd love for you to set aside the full afternoon to give back to yourself. The event begins with an opening ceremony to set your intention, flows through healing sessions, group experiences, talks, and vendor time, then closes with a beautiful ceremony to integrate everything that happened.
What healing modalities will be offered for one-on-one sessions?
We are still finalizing our practitioner lineup, but expect a wide range including Energy Healing, EFT Tapping, Crystal Healing, Neurofeedback, Frequency Healing, Gene Keys, Shamanic Healing, Human Design, Acupuncture, Massage, and more.
What group healing experiences will be offered?
Confirmed experiences include a Sound Bath by Asheville Sonic Blessings, Energy Healing / PEMF Bio-Resonance by Cindy G, and Biofield Tuning by Becky Hendrix. More to be announced.
What speaker topics will there be?
We are still finalizing our speaker lineup, but expect topics such as Life & Spiritual Coaching, Functional Health Coaching, Digestive Health, Somatic Healing, and more.
What is the refund policy?
All sales are final. No refunds will be issued.

If you are unable to attend, you're welcome to transfer your ticket to a friend or family member, but you must notify us in writing at least 24 hours before the event so we can update their name. To transfer a ticket, email collective@bewellasheville.com.
Is parking available?
Yes — there is a large parking lot at the venue, so there will be plenty of parking available.
Is the venue wheelchair accessible?
Yes — the entire event takes place on the ground floor. Please note that there are some areas where the floor changes elevation slightly due to mats being on the floor in the training areas of the martial arts studio where the event is being held.
How do I volunteer or apply to present / offer sessions?
Head to the Join Us section on the homepage and choose the tab that fits — Volunteer, Speak, Offer Sessions, or Vend.
